 2025 Continuing Education

The New Hampshire Real Estate Commission requires 15 hours of approved New Hampshire continuing education credits.  One of these courses MUST be the 3-hour New Hampshire Core Course. The Real Estate Commission requires that you must be present for the entire course in order to receive your credit Affidavit. The NH Real Estate Commission requires all licensees who were licensed after February 2020 to take post-licensing classes; includes 3-hour CORE and 12 hours of post-licensing classes.  (classes that are accredited for post-licensing are noted in the class schedule below)  Contact the Commission for further information.

All 2025 CE classes are being held LIVE at Pembroke Pines Country Club 45 Whiitmore Road , Pembroke – 8:30 am registration – 9 am to noon class time. Classes are subject to change without notice.

Cost and Attendance Policy:  CRBR Continuing Education & Programs are FREE to all CRBR members however, a 48 hour cancellation notice required or registrant will be billed at the non-CRBR member rate of $40.  To cancel, you must email nancy@capitalregionboard.com.
